Frequently Asked Questions:


  • How long will it take you to pack my order?

Orders are packed on the business day following receipt. So, if you place your order in the evening Monday through Thursday, it will be packed the next day, whereas, if it is placed on Friday evening, it will be packed on Monday the following week.

  • When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are dispatched daily, Monday through Friday. In most cases, they are dispatched within 24 hours (excluding weekends).

  • When will my order be delivered to me?

Delivery hours are Monday to Friday,  8am to 6pm, excluding public holidays and weekends.

  • Who will you use to ship my order?

GF Pantry uses Sendle for delivery. Sendle utlisies a network of road-based delivery providers, most often Couriers Please and Fastway. We have a good history of sending orders with these companies, even on long distance journeys to Darwin and Perth.

  • Will my order be sent by road or air?

Orders are sent by road only. This is so we can keep shipping costs low. However, we are always looking for ways to improve our shipping service and are working toward offering delivery by air at a competitive rate.

  • Can I get my order delivered to a Post Office Box?

Unfortunately, our couriers cannot deliver to post boxes; you must provide a valid street address at checkout.

  • What happens if I'm not home to recieve my order?

Delivery will be attempted twice. Following two failed delivery attempts, your order will be available for collection from one of Sendle's 1400+ partnering newsagents, convenience stores, independent supermarkets and service stations.

  • Can I request a signature on delivery?

Absolutely. You can ask for this by checking the "signature on delivery" option at checkout.

  • What if I can't be at home to recieve my order?

No problem. You can instruct the courier to leave the parcel at your door or in a safe place by checking the "authority to leave" option at checkout.

  • How do you work out postage?

GF Pantry offers flat rate shipping of $10 on all orders.

  • How long will it take for my order to get to me?

Following is an estimate of delivery times that includes handling. Please be aware that this is not a guaranteed delivery date; orders are delivered by road and may be delayed due to weather or other events that limit road travel and access.

  • My city is not on the list, does that mean I can't order?

Not at all. This list is limited as it is a guide only.

  • Can I track my order?

Sure can. In the webpage footer, under the "Service" heading, you will see a link to the order tracking page. You will need to know the email address that you used when you placed the order, the order ID (starts with 'N') and the postcode that the order is being shipped to.

  • I live close by, can I pick up my order?

Customers can elect to pick up their orders between 10am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. The GF Pantry Warehouse is located at The Assembley Bayside, Unit 16, 329 Bay Road, Cheltenham VIC 3192. Look out for Storage King and drive to the rear of the complex to find us.
